HOLIDAY SHIPPING & RETURNS NOTICE
SHIPPING: Our shipping timelines, remain the same. Items usually ship in 1-3 business days. Please remember this is just na estimate and actual times may vary.
TRACKING: Tracking on packages may not be updated during the shipping process. Lack of updated tracking information does not mean the package is not moving. We have no delivery information beyond tracking shown on the carrier’s website.
RETURNS: Although we hope you do not experience a delayed or lost package, please note the following guidelines. We require 30 business days from ship date before we replace or refund lost orders shipped with in the USA. We require 75 business days from ship date before we replace or refund lost orders shipped internationally.
EXTENDED RETURN WINDOW: Items purchased as Holiday Gifts must be postmarked on or before January 25th, 2023.

For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 12 pm CST for same day processing and shipping. Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
We know how much you hate paying for shipping. That’s why we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75. We also offer shipping via USPS and UPS where costs are based on your location. You can check the shipping costs at checkout by entering your zip code
In addition to the United States, we deliver to Australia, Canada, Mexico, and New Zealand shipped through either DHL or UPS. You can check the shipping rates at checkout by entering your postal code.
Duties, taxes, and additional fees depend on the country in which you live. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. It is a good idea to contact your local customs office before placing an order, so you do not receive any unexpected charges. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, you will only receive a refund on 50% of the items purchased.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out! We are very proud of our products and want you to love them as much as we do.
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Items must be unused, unwashed and hair-free.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date.
- Please include a note with your original order number and reason for the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 days of receipt less any shipping costs paid.
Unfortunately, we don’t cover the costs for you to ship the product back to us unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item. In this case, we will provide you a return shipping label. We highly recommended that you use an insured and trackable shipping method when returning items because we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. We are unable to provide return labels for international customers.
Please note, any shipping paid on the original order will not be refunded due to a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Items that have been opened, used, or consumed.
- Final sale items.
If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product so that we can make this right for you.
Although we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return any unused, unwashed and hair-free item for a refund (following the return guidelines above) and place a new order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange shipping code so you will not be charged shipping on the newly placed order.
